I think I was able to make some fixes here and there, hope this update eases things, and reduces bugs a bit!

Patch Notes

-Nerfed enemy damage.

-Menu has been rearranged, and "Save" command is more visible.

-Dark Matter I nerfed to deal 1/2 -> 1/4 of lost HP of damage.

-Nesting spots now have a save function.

-Dungeon save crystals now restore your team's health.

-Player's loot bag capacity is now visible, and shows how much the player has to dropped if full.

-Some status effects which previously not working such as "Ensnared", now work.

-Certain obstacles such as "Boulders" or "Entanglements" in the overworld, can now be destroyed permanently.

-some bug fixes.
